As an integrative counsellor, I don’t use a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, I pull from a toolkit of different therapeutic methods to find what works best for your specific needs.

We will develop practical coping strategies to regulate your nervous system and feel more grounded in the present.

We will work to identify why you might feel stuck in certain dynamics, giving you the clarity to make healthier choices moving forward.
What to expect
My individual therapy is client-led. You set the pace. My role is to walk alongside you, offering empathy and insight as we untangle the thoughts and feelings that are holding you back.
Fees
To work through deeper-rooted issues and see sustainable progress in your wellbeing, I recommend committing and investing fully in the process by working weekly together. I offer two fee structures:
Standard Session: £50 per session.
Commitment Block: £400 for a block of 10 sessions.
This block booking offers a significant saving for those committed to the 10-20 sessions typically recommended for lasting change.
