Hello, I’m Louise, I am an integrative therapist with a passion for helping individuals and couples understand the why behind their struggles so they can build more fulfilling lives.
My approach is rooted in the Person-Centred theory, meaning I value your lived experience above all else. However, because every person and relationship is unique, I work integratively. This allows me to draw on various therapeutic tools and Attachment Theory to adapt to your specific needs, ensuring our work is as individual as you are.
My Experience
I bring a wealth of experience from diverse clinical settings, helping me support clients through even their darkest moments:
Community Wellbeing: I have provided accessible therapy for a wide range of complex issues, including trauma, self-harm, and suicidal ideation.
Crisis Support: I previously worked on a national crisis helpline, offering vital support to children and young people in acute distress.
Private Practice: Most recently, I have worked with clients from all walks of life, navigating the challenges of modern life, from anxiety and low mood to complex family dynamics.

I am particularly interested in how our earliest bonds shape our adult lives.
